On Tuesday the 6^th of December members and guests of Mijas Bowls club went to the Restaurant Valparaiso on the Mijas road to celebrate Christmas with a Dinner and Dance. There were 72 people who after an excellent meal, danced the night away and had a really good time. It was a really good start of our run up to Christmas. We have our Christmas fun afternoon next Thursday with a draw for the prizes, a drink, mince pies and stollen.

Don’t forget we have the Mijas Masters, our major competition, which will run from January 14^th to 22^nd. Inclusive this time I am pleased to say it is sponsored by Lloyds Bank.
